Cookie Policy of malta.tvsmotor.com

Welcome to the Cookie Policy of malta.tvsmotor.com. This policy will help you understand what cookies and tracking technologies we use, how we use them and what rights you have.

Last updated : 28 July 2025

Introduction

This document contains information about the technologies that enable this Application to achieve the objectives described below. These technologies allow the Controller to collect and store information on Users' devices (e.g. by using cookies) or to utilize resources (e.g. by running a script) when Users interact with this Application.

For the sake of simplicity, these technologies are briefly defined as "tracking tools" in this document, unless a differentiation is made. For example, although Cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it would be inappropriate to talk about Cookies in the context of applications for mobile devices, as cookies are Tracking Tools that require a browser. For this reason, the term "Cookie" is only used in this document when referring to this specific type of Tracking Tool.

Some of the purposes for which Tracking Tools are used may require the User's consent. If consent has been given, it can be withdrawn at any time by following the instructions in this document.

This Application only uses Tracking Tools that are managed directly by the Controller (commonly referred to as "first-party" Tracking Tools).
The duration and expiry of first-party Cookies and similar Tracking Tools may vary depending on the settings made by the Controller. Some of them expire at the end of the User's browsing session.

If the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users can give or withdraw this consent by changing their settings via the corresponding privacy field available in this Application.

Users can use their browser settings to:

  • see which Cookies or similar technologies have been installed on their device;
  • block Cookies or similar technologies;
  • delete Cookies or similar technologies from their browser.

However, the browser settings do not allow precise control of consent by category.

Users can find information about managing Cookies in some of the most popular browsers at the following addresses, for example:

Users can also manage certain types of Tracking Tools used in mobile applications by disabling them through their device settings, such as mobile advertising settings or general tracking settings (Users can go to their device settings, view and search for the relevant setting).

Unsubscribing from interest-based advertising

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users are advised that they may follow the instructions of YourOnlineChoices (UE e Regno Unito), Network Advertising Initiative (USA) e Digital Advertising Alliance (USA), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar services.These services allow Users to manage their tracking preferences for most advertising tools. The Controller therefore recommends that Users use these resources in addition to the information provided in this document.

The Digital Advertising Alliance also offers an application calledAppChoices, which enables Users to control behavioural advertising in mobile applications.

Consequences of refusing the use of Tracking Tools

Users are free to allow or prohibit the use of Tracking Tools. Please note, however, that these Tracking Tools enable the Application to provide Users with a better experience and enhanced functionality (in accordance with the purposes described here). Therefore, if Users choose to block the use of Tracking Tools, the Controller may not be able to provide the relevant functions.
